Having been involved in more high speed chases than any other member of Law enforcement ever...Chepe should actually be a Nascar race driver...he has the skills. However Chepe likes his job as a Highway Patrolman, the fear it commands, the government bought supercharged cars he gets to drive, and the cool uniform he gets to wear.
