Meet El Mero-Mero. (The Boss Man!) He runs a tight department. He is in charge of the entire warehouse. When there's a problem on the floor between employees he settles it. None of that filing a grievance crap. El Mero Mero will fire an employes in a heartbeat. Having risen to the top of his department from a mere janitor...he takes pride in his job. Mero-Mero expects his workfloor to be kept clean enough to eat off of. On the job safety is also huge deal to him. While a real hard-ass
sometime, he has given a lot of the Homies there fair shot at a decent
paying job with his company. Just don't take advantage of him and
things will be cool. Sleep on the job, take 20 minute dumps, punch in
late all the time, o rcall in sick every monday, and you will have to
deal with El Mero-Mero.
