Mr. Scarecrow is a freaked out, high-strung Homie, that the other Homies love to get all worked up. They tease him a lot and like to put him in situations that will freak him out so they can laugh at his bulging eyes when he is scared. He grew up with all the Homies in the Barrio and tries to tell them he is part Chicano. The Homies act like they believe in him even though they know he is lying. They got a lot of love for scarecrow! They feel humored that he loves their culture so much, he`d actually claim to be Chicano.
