Pandero is the Homie you like to see on Saturday and Sunday mornings. You wake up and head out to the Mercado Mexicano for some freshly baked pan dulce (Mexican sweet breads). El Pandero makes sure all of your favorites are in. There's aligators, pink and yellow cookies, turnovers, churros, and every other kind imaginable, and he guarantees they are fresh. He would not insult you with day- old bread passed on from another mercado. They bake all of their bread in-house and actually distribute it to the other mercados.
