Pirate the Homie is an illegal Cab Driver in East L.A. He figures why  
pay thousand and thousands of dollars for an cab-driver license when  
he can just do his own thang! He has no problem with the fact that it  
is illegal...after all he IS a Pirate! Arrrgggghhhh...!    Pirate lost  
his leg one time when he was jacked in his first cab. It was a bright  
yellow box Buick with 24 inch rims on it. Some thugs decided they  
wanted it...Pirate fought back... but they beat him up, blinding him  
in one eye, and kidnapped him.  Then they dragged him on to the end  
Santa Monica Pier in the middle of the night.  There, they made him  
walk the plank. When he fell into the ocean, he was attacked by a  
great white shark, that bit off his leg.  It just wasn't his day. He  
was eventually rescued and patched up, and is now back on the street  
driving his new cab. It is called the Jolly Roger and is custom Black  
Lincoln Town Car with skull murals all over it. And yes...once again  
he is rollin on 24 inch rims! Aaarrrrrgggghhhhh...!
